Resources
Practical and reflective resources from CS Counselling, created to offer a little structure when it helps to have somewhere to start.
The collection includes fuller workbooks and shorter one-page resources, with the format chosen to suit each resource.
Each resource stands on its own, so you can choose what feels relevant to you now and use it at your own pace.
Some are reflective, some are more direct, and new resources will be added over time.

How to use these resources
There is no required order and no expectation that every resource will suit every person. Choose the resource that fits what you want help thinking about or working on now. Some are more reflective; others are more direct. Where a resource includes joint exercises or shared agreements, use them only where everyone involved can participate freely and safely.
About these resources
CS Counselling resources are self-guided materials. Downloading, purchasing or using a resource does not create a counselling relationship with Chris Sergeant or CS Counselling. They do not provide an individual clinical assessment and are not a substitute for medical, legal, safeguarding or emergency support where that is needed.
If you would prefer support
You do not need to be a counselling client to use these resources. If you would prefer to explore something with support, you may wish to find a counsellor local to you, particularly if meeting face to face feels important. Online counselling may also be an option. Information about counselling with Chris is available on this website.
Need urgent or specialist support?
These resources are intended for situations where they can be used freely and safely. If you are frightened of another person’s reaction, are experiencing coercion, intimidation, threats, violence or abuse, or are unable to keep yourself safe, appropriate specialist or emergency support takes priority over using a self-guided resource.
